1. General Policy

All subscription purchases are final once activated. Our Service provides immediate access to digital content upon payment. We encourage using our Try 1 Month before purchasing.

2. Eligible Exceptions

2.1 Extended Outage

Verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours may qualify for pro-rata credit. Must be attributable to KanadaTV infrastructure. Submit within 14 days.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded in full within 5-10 business days.

Approved refunds returned to original payment method within 5-10 business days.
